Online ordering is not yet enabled. This withdrawal information describes the intended protection for standard goods for consumers in EU/EEA countries with a corresponding statutory right. Delivery areas and return costs must be finalised against the actual order process before sales launch.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt by you or a nominated third party other than the carrier; for goods ordered together but delivered separately, from receipt of the last item. Send a clear statement by email or letter to the address below. No reason or prior approval is required. Sending it in time meets the deadline.
For valid withdrawal, payments including the least expensive standard delivery are generally refunded within 14 days; extra costs for a more expensive delivery choice are excluded. Refunds use the same payment method unless another free method is agreed. They may be withheld until goods or dispatch proof are received. Return goods within 14 days of your statement to the contact address. This preliminary version does not impose direct return costs on customers. Compensation for diminished value requires the statutory conditions.
An exception may apply to goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, where legally permitted. Printing an offered standard design after ordering alone does not exclude withdrawal. Defect rights remain intact. Sample statement: I withdraw from the contract for [goods]; ordered/received on [date]; name and address [details]; date [date]; signature only on paper.
