The company listed below is the controller. This notice covers the website, customer accounts and support. Online ordering and payments are not yet enabled.
Hosting: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. IP address, access time, resource and browser data are processed to deliver and secure the site; the host may keep server logs.
Accounts: name, email address, password hash, verification status and optional avatar. Support: name, email, subject and conversation. When mailbox import is active, email replies are imported after ticket and sender checks. Attachments are not stored as ticket files. Please do not send passwords or payment secrets.
Email: Google Workspace processes communication and delivery data. International processing, particularly in the USA, is possible; the contractual entity, further countries and transfer safeguards are explained on request. Printful supplies catalogue and mockup data; external image servers may receive connection data. The current checkout does not transmit orders.
A necessary session cookie protects sign-in and forms. Local browser storage holds language, appearance, cart, wishlist and selected variants. You can delete it in your browser. It is not used for advertising profiles. Campaigns may record a display against a verified account and code using its email association.
The globe uses a local IPtoASN country table (PDDL, https://iptoasn.com). Your IP is not sent to a geolocation service. Only approximate countries are public, never people, IPs or precise locations. Country code and last activity expire after five minutes. VPNs and network assignments can cause differences. Social media and Schmacks IT references are external links, not embedded advertising pixels.
Protected IP/email hashes, counters and possible account/IP blocks prevent abuse. Customer sign-ins retain up to five hashed network associations with a shortened IP display for up to 30 days; expired entries are removed on the next update. Active blocks last until expiry or removal.
Accounts, tickets, email copies and security records are kept only as needed for operation, handling, evidence or legal duties. Closing a ticket does not automatically delete it. Deletions are reviewed by administration; host backups and mailboxes have additional contractual retention periods. Contact us for access, correction, erasure and, where applicable, data portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Retention duties may limit erasure. You may complain to the FDPIC (https://www.edoeb.admin.ch) or a competent EU authority.
Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR apply. Purposes include communication, account management, service delivery and security. GDPR bases: Article 6(1)(b) for contract-related matters, (c) for duties and (f) for necessary operational and security interests; required consent is obtained separately. International transfers must be covered by adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards or statutory exceptions. Ask the controller for details.
